I am a pet owner to two very sweet 20 week old female kittens.One of them has recently licked or rubbed up against my husband’s work boots which were covered with lime sulphur dust. It has been a day and a half. In that time she has gone from from a spunky, talkative, loving, playful little thing, to a kitten who is so very tired or depressed, vomiting (first white foam, then yellow bile).I took her to the vet this morning. The doctor did some kind of flushing, where there was a bump of fluid on her back that was eventually absorbed into her. And he gave me Carafate, 2 times daily for 2 days. It’s supposed to sooth her stomach.We don’t want to lose her. Is there anything, anything at all that I can do more for her?She has lost weight and right now weighs 4.37 pounds.She isn’t eating, just alittle water and since there are two kittens, I cannot tell if she has gone to the bathroom at all. I have been watching her like crazy.I checked online for any and all info, but I can’t find anything on ingesting lime sulphur.I emailed the ASPCA poison control about it, but have not heard back. I cannot afford to call and speak with them at the moment, as they charge 55.00 per call.Is there anyone here that might know something, anything at all???I just need to know if this is fatal, is there a slim chance she can get through this and if so, how can I help her do so.Thank you so much for your time. Last night around 9:00am, I started having a stomach ache. It wasn’t bad just like regular stomach discofort. I thought it could be sour stomach so I took an antacid. Around, 11:00 the cramps started to get very bad and I could not sleep. About two hours later, I decided to take a bentyl ( I was prescribed this last year when I went to the ER for bad cramps I thought was appedicitis. But, I was sent home with just a diagnosis of stomach cramps which is why I decided not to go to the ER last night and wait to see how I felt in the moring) The bentyl started working but I had nausea and ended up vomiting. After I vomited the cramps started going away. I feel fine this morning my stomach aches a little but I think it is because it is empty. In addition to the cramps, I had nausea, chills, no fever though, the urge to pass gas but couldn’t. Any ideas what it could be. I feel good now so I wait till tomoorow to see if I should go to the doctor.

The doctor has my son on Zantac twice a day for acid reflux. It has a very strong mint smell. When I give it to him is seems like he spits more of it out than he is getting. Does anyone know if you can mix it with water or formula or have any ideas on getting him to take it easier?

If soo please tel me what i can do to help my son…the doctor has given him zantac and a med called reglan to hold the food down..but its not working..Ive told them this..they said the med take time..which is understandable..but i just want to know if there is anything at home i can do to help him..I feel sooo sorry for him it breaks my heart…he was 7lbs 12ozs when he was born and gained up to 8′5 at his 2wk but now..he is only 7′8 and he is a mth old…Please help..like i said i do everything the doctors say..If youre child has not suffered with this please do not reply…and please no negitive comments…

what do you do for it or take? I have it so bad that my food dosent go down, when i burp mouth fulls of food come back up, i stay sick (nausiated ) i get chest pains fron it. I’ve been to a stomach doctor and i’ve been put on just about everything (protonix, acifex made me throw up sick) zantac didn’t work, previcaid gave me an upset stomach for 15 days, lost 11 pounds) and now he just put me on nexium friday, and it’s making me feel sick and a nervious weak feel. ( i also have other health problems diabetic, IBS, Lactose intollerence. i don’t know what else to do for it, I can’t eat without getting sick and it’s got my blood sugars going crazy. any suggestions please let me know.

I currently take Prevacid daily, but have all kinds of hassles with my insurance in keeping a steady supply. I’ve tried Prilosec with good results, but don’t think it works for me as well as Prevacid

Ive been to my doctor 6 times in 3 months and there is still no answer. Everytime i eat, my stomach hurts in the left upper quadrant and I get nauseous and dizzy, My doctor says it could be IBS and he also gave me prevacid, but nothing works. I cant eat without feeling sick then going to the bathroom less than 3 hours after eating. Can someone help me understand what this could be and what to bring up to my doctor? I thought it could be my gallbladder or pancreas, he even tested me for helicobacter pylori, but alas nothing.Please help?!

I have it for couple of months. My primary care doctor prescribed me Nexium for acid reflux, but it didn’t help at all. It tastes like having a slice of lemon in my mouth all day long. I can’t stand it. I asked my husband to kiss me in the most extreme period to see if he feels it but he said I taste perfectyl fine.I haveno idea what to do
