Reglan (metoclopramide) is made by Wyeth under that brand name however it is available as a generic and under several other names. Reglan is very expensive compared to generic metoclopramide, I recommend the generic!
If soo please tel me what i can do to help my son…the doctor has given him zantac and a med called reglan to hold the food down..but its not working..Ive told them this..they said the med take time..which is understandable..but i just want to know if there is anything at home i can do to help him..I feel sooo sorry for him it breaks my heart…he was 7lbs 12ozs when he was born and gained up to 8′5 at his 2wk but now..he is only 7′8 and he is a mth old…Please help..like i said i do everything the doctors say..If youre child has not suffered with this please do not reply…and please no negitive comments…
My girlfriend was just prescribed this drug to surpress her vomiting, she got nervous when she learned about some of the side effects like muscle stiffness and inability to move, that can be reversed with benadril. Is this true? Is anyone else using this? Need info.
My baby is 5 weks and was diagnosed with acid reflux at 2 weeks she vomits everything(forcable vomitting). They are considering surgry but I’m so scared. The medicines aren’t working (Zantac, Axid, Reglan) I just dont know what to do please give me advice.
I need expert advise, so if youre not an expert please don’t respond, unless you’ve had the same problems. I have a daushter that is 1 month. She was diagnosed with GERD( acid reflux) when she was 2 weeks.Nothing stays down even after the rice cereal, she cries all night, and I just want her to be comfortable. The doctors keep perscribing her different medicines( Zantac, Axid, Reglan) but nothing seems to work for her. We’re going to see a specialist but not soon enough. Her doctor said that we might have to do surgery, but before we do that I just need to know is there any other medicines we should try or is there anything else we can do to help her befor putting here through surgery because shes so young? I was diagnosed with food poisoning 2 days ago, I saw my OB/Gyn, and she gave me an IV infusion of Zantac,Reglan and Zofran..I feel alive again, however I have NO appetite.I have managed to keep my prenatal vitamin down, as well as a banana and some popsicles, yet, I can’t seem to stomach trying to eat solid foods.I am trying to drink some beef boullion, but is there anything else I can do to ensure the baby has enough nutrients?I greatly appreciate your answers..
