In general any bleeding over 10 days needs to be evaluated by a doctor to determine what the cause may be. If she is changing one or more pads or tampons in an hour, then she needs to go to the ER immediately as this can lead to anemia. There can be many reasons for abnormal vaginal bleeding including hormonal imbalance, thyroid, polyp, cyst, amongst other reasons. Please have her see a doctor immediately!!!In the future please do not do any type of at-home abortion method- this can lead to many complications including most likely what is going on now, which can jeopardize someone's life. If you don't want pregnancy to happen please use contraceptive measures and if worse comes to worse, the morning after pill.

Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: menstrual problems or irregularities, unusual/heavy vaginal bleeding. A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of a serious allergic reaction may include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacisti think you should be taking her to a doc ASAP
