Open questions about acidity & anti-acidity pills

Does anyone know a good herbal remedy that I can use to replace my stomach acid-blocker pills with (Nexium)?

If I don't take Nexium I get acid reflux in the evenings.

serious glass of h2o with a tablespoon of baking soda. the soda neutralizes the acid in the stomach. drink quickly if can at least half than half . no joke! my son has been diagnosed with acid reflux since he was 12 and now my fiance has same problem just not diagnosed and he too swares by it. it will make you burp but that is good ,or should i say belch …real big

chew spearmint or peppermint leaves. Thats why that 'minty' taste is in lots of antiacids. It is very easy to get – you can pick up it up at a nursery\greenhouse or even at the grocery store. Either chew the leaves like I do, or brew a tea. If you want to know how to brew the tea, e-mail me. good luck!
