What’s the cause of extremely sour taste in mouth?
I have it for couple of months. My primary care doctor prescribed me Nexium for acid reflux, but it didn’t help at all. It tastes like having a slice of lemon in my mouth all day long. I can’t stand it. I asked my husband to kiss me in the most extreme period to see if he feels it but he said I taste perfectyl fine.I haveno idea what to do

you may need to try the nexium for longer, at a higher dose, more often, or a different medicine for reflux. your doctor was on the right track, it's up to you now to go back and tell her it didn't work (be honest about how much you took it) and the two of you can decide what the next best move is.
