No! But, if you take Motrin and Prilosec together on a regular basis (Motrin being 400 or 600 mg, 1 or 2 tablets ea. )the combination can eat away at your stomach lining. A pharmacy will tell you this.

I haven't but I can see exactly WHY people gain weight with it. It affects digestion directly, that's a no brainer.

I didn't gain weight but I did lose some. I was taking it for indigestion problems and I lost about 37 lbs.
