Has/Is anyone Pregnant with Acid Reflux Disorder?
Hi. I have a really bad case of Acid Reflux I take aciphex once daily and Reglan 4x a day.(Plus Gaviscon when needed) My husband and I are trying to conceive. I just want to know if anyone out there can give me their advice/or what they experienced with Acid Reflux and their pregnancy.

I have very bad acid reflux. I am fortunate to be able to control it by what I eat and drink. During my pregnancy i found however that I had major major heartburn. My advice is take it day by day, try and figure out what is making your reflux worst. Mine was spicy food and milk products. I controlled the intake of it and was able to live better with it. I also took rolaids, they were my best friends during my pregnancy.

I had acid reflux during my ninth month. Not so bad where I had to take meds, just tums. I only think the reflux flares up toward the end of the pregnancy when all the organs are being pushed and jumbled by the baby. Make sure you know the effects of the present medications of a developing fetus before you try to conceive.
